What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the supply, rental, installation or servicing of pods. That is set out in the contract issued with your quotation, and where the two differ, the contract wins.

The site is operated by Hiding Place Group Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. Nigerian law applies, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing on this page removes or limits any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Those rights sit above anything written here.

If you believe we have fallen short of them, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You are also entitled to take the matter to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

Information on this site

We keep specifications and descriptions as accurate as we can, but this site is a guide, not an offer. Dimensions, performance figures and lead times are confirmed in writing as part of a quotation, after a site survey.

Where a price is shown as POA, it means the price is quoted on application rather than listed. Nothing on this website is a binding quotation, and no contract exists until we issue one and you accept it.

Performance figures quoted on this site, such as noise reduction and air change rates, are measured on tested assemblies under stated conditions. Real performance depends on the site, and the survey is where we tell you what to expect in yours.

Enquiries you send us

Please give us accurate contact details so we can reply, and do not submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge.

We aim to respond to enquiries within two working days. That is how we intend to work, not a contractual commitment.

Do not use our forms to send confidential or sensitive information. If something needs to be handled carefully, say so and we will arrange a better route.

Our material

The text, imagery, drawings, models and branding on this site belong to Hiding Place Group Ltd or are used with permission.

You are welcome to quote or link to the site with attribution. Please ask before reproducing imagery, drawings or brand assets commercially. Journalists should write to us, and we will send what you need.

Availability

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw content at any time, including product specifications as the range develops.

We are not liable for loss arising from the site being unavailable, or from reliance on information here that a survey and quotation would have corrected.

We may update these terms. The review date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that date means you accept the current version.
