Hiding Place

Public rest stations

Havens: open around the clock, and always powered

Standing sites where anyone can get a locked door, a clean berth and a few hours of quiet. Each Haven runs on its own solar and battery, so it does not go dark when the grid does.

Inside a Haven

Four ways to settle

The same shell, fitted four ways, because an hour of concentration and an hour of sleep need different rooms.

Focus

A desk, task seating and acoustic lining, for an hour of work that needs quiet.

Sound

Direct audio and heavier dampening, for listening or practising without carrying it into the street.

Wellness

Warm low light and a reclined berth, for when the point is to stop rather than do anything.

Rest

A flat bed, a dimmable panel and a shelf. The one most people book.

Getting in

Step inside in seconds

  1. 01

    Pick a pod type

Focus, Sound, Wellness or Rest, depending on what the next hour is for.

  2. 02

    Book by the hour

At the kiosk by the door, or in advance. You pay for the time you take.

  3. 03

    Cleaning runs itself

A sanitising cycle starts as soon as the pod reads empty, and finishes before the next booking.

  4. 04

    Walk-ins welcome

A light above each door shows what is free. If it is green, it is yours.

Every Haven has
